  My daughter had a student room in an apartment in Waterford and she was very happy there.  Murt O'Brien was really helpful both when she arrived and when leaving.  There were a few things that weren't working when she first moved in, but they had them sorted within a couple of days and after that it was plain sailing.  I would recommend.
